About Me and My Mission

Hello, I’m Jennifer Juel, Mindset and Soul Transformation Coach, Author, Speaker and Energy Practitioner. I’m so happy to share energetic space with you in this moment. Here is a little more about me…

In 2018, I travelled to Bali and had the most amazing Chakra awakening and alignment with a local healer. After that experience I dove back into embracing my spiritual journey. I love to constantly learn and expand my knowledge for all things frequency, energetic and metaphysical.

It was only after a friend recommended I enroll in a vibrational sound certification class that I really embraced the notion of becoming a energy practitioner. In 2021, after several classes and certifications in Reiki, Vibrational Sound, Crystal Therapy, Astrology and Herbalism later I founded The Empress Exchange.

My passion for aligning the chakra system using any of the techniques I've been trained in is the focus of my practice. When the energy body is in alignment life flows so much easier and those in your life notice your presence more. Every time a client shares a story of what they've experienced after a session my soul lights up even more.

But we are always evolving, I am no exception. After a dinner one evening I was inspired to write Unleash Your Soul: a woman's guide to start living unapologetically. It was a labor of love for a year and in July 2023 the first draft was complete. This book is now the premise for my passion to help women all over the world rediscover themselves, find their voice, their purpose and to live their authentic unapologetic life to it's fullest.
