Why Work with Jen?
I've been where you are. In 2015, after 7 years of continuously talking myself into staying in a stagnant marriage and life, I finally took a leap of faith and choose my mental health, my needs and my desires.
It was at that point I choose to dive into building a life that I absolutely LOVE. Focusing on becoming clear on what brings me joy and unleashes my soul.
After nearly a decade, I've taken everything I've learned in my own journey, from helping hundreds of women through my practice and wrote a book about my Mindset & Soul Transformation System. It is now the foundation for the Signature Coaching program title Unleash Your Soul.
My mission now is to help women that are feeling stuck, shadowed and unsure of who they are find their confidence and life so they too can live unapologetically.

This is your moment, your fork in the road, your "sliding door" moment where you can choose to stay in the place you are at or CHOOSE YOU and YOUR UNAPOLOGETIC LIFE.
Included in the Unleash Your Soul Program:
Week 1 - The Ground Rules & Reflection: There are 4 core rules created for this journey, we'll cover each of them and why they are important to moving towards your unapologetic life. We'll also talk about the Reflection activities you'll be assigned to complete over the week.
Week 2 - Understand: We review your reflection homework as well as look at your Astrology, Human Design and Numerology charts. There is a lot to be learned from understanding how you may be in conflict at times with yourself and how you can use the energies that are inherent to you.
Week 3 - Understand: After completing a Personality Test of your choosing, finding out your Love Language and Change Management style we create a "Sh!t Together List". This is a list unique to each individual. It's a guide for the coming weeks to make sure you have a guiding point.
Weeks 4 through 7 - Your Life Spheres: Explore the 8 Spheres of your life and what living unapologetically means in each. Each week you'll dive into what will fill your cup in these spheres. Through 1x1 coaching we will work together to gain clarity for what you want to invite into your life.
Weeks 8 through 11- Planning: Running through all of your spheres that you now have clarity on we create custom strategies that will help you take action as well as build an experiences list unique to you and your amazing unapologetic life. This is where you start to UNLEASH!
Week 12 - Take Action: Living Unapologetically means being open to new opportunities the universe creates for you and how to embrace the future you desire and deserve. This final week you have all the tools to move forward with living unapologetically. Of course if you want more support we are here to keep you moving forward.
